Can't make it to the Lab? We'll pick up your racquet from your door or your Midtown office, string it to spec, and bring it back. Courier service across Manhattan and nearby.
Stringing without the detour
Not everyone can get to 51st Street mid-week. So we bring the Lab to you. If you work in Midtown, it is often same-day: we pick up from your office in the morning and have it back at your desk before you head out. Schedule a pickup, hand off your racquet, and we'll return it strung exactly how you like it. Same tour-level work, same documented setup, none of the round trip.

Call, text, or message us with your address and a pickup window. We confirm a time that works and lock it in.
We Collect
Our courier comes to your home or office lobby and picks up the racquet. Most Midtown offices are minutes from the Lab, so we can often turn it around the same day.
We Build It
Back at the Lab, your racquet is strung or customized to spec by the same technicians who work the bench every day. Tell us your setup, or we'll pull it from your history.
We Return It
We bring it back to your door or front desk, ready to play. Your setup is logged so the next pickup is even faster.

We cover all of Manhattan and select nearby areas, with same-day turnaround common for Midtown offices close to the Lab. Not sure if you're in range? Ask when you schedule and we'll confirm.
Per-Trip Fee by Zone
A fee applies to each trip based on distance from the Lab. A pickup is one trip and the return is another, so a full round trip is two. Members get it free, up to two times per month.
The 9-to-5 & Match Week
Drop it at your office lobby on the way in and get it back before you leave. Running a matched set or prepping for a tournament? We'll handle the whole bag.

Before you book a pickup
How does pick-up and drop-off work?
We come to you. Schedule a pickup, hand your racquet to our courier at your home or office, and we bring it back once it's strung or customized. Tell us your string and tension when you book, or leave a note in the case.
Can you deliver to my office?
Yes. Office pickup and return is the most common way players use this service. If you work in Midtown, we're often just a few blocks from your building and can turn your racquet around the same day. We'll coordinate with your lobby or front desk.
What area do you cover?
All of Manhattan and select nearby areas. Same-day turnaround is common for Midtown offices close to the Lab. If you're not sure you're in range, ask when you schedule and we'll confirm.
What does it cost?
The fee is charged per trip based on distance from the Lab, so a pickup is one fee and the return is another. A full pickup-and-return is two trips. Members get it free, up to two times per month. Call or message us for the current rate.
Is it free for Members?
Yes. Members receive free local pick-up and drop-off up to two times per month. Non-members can use the same service for a per-trip fee.
