Drop It Off
Walk in at 235 East 51st Street, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Tell us your string, tension, and whether you need it same-day or next-day.
We String It
Your racquet goes on the machine by the same Grand Slam-trained stringers who work the bench every day. Same precision, tighter deadline.
Pick It Up
Come back and collect it the same afternoon or next day, strung, documented, and ready to play. Can't make it back? We offer pick-up and drop-off too.

Drop Off Before Noon
Walk in before noon and your racquet is typically ready the same afternoon. A rush fee applies per racquet. Availability depends on the queue, so call ahead to confirm. A late drop-off after 5:30 PM that needs it back the next day also falls under this rush fee.
Standard Rush
Drop off today before 5:30 PM, pick up tomorrow. No rush fee. The most common turnaround for players who need it fast but have a day to spare.
24-48 Hours
Our standard turnaround for walk-in restrings. No rush, no fee. Drop it off and we'll have it ready within two business days.

Is same-day stringing always available?
It depends on the queue. Same-day is available when we have capacity. Call ahead at (646) 669-8444 to confirm before you come in. Members are always prioritized and guaranteed their spot.

What time do I need to drop off for same-day?
Before noon. Drop off in the morning and your racquet is typically ready the same afternoon. We're open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM at 235 East 51st Street.
What if I drop off after 5:30 PM and need it the next day?
You're still covered. A drop-off after 5:30 PM that needs next-day turnaround falls under our Same Day service and carries the rush fee, since it's going straight into the next day's priority queue. Drop off before 5:30 PM for standard next-day turnaround with no rush fee. Members skip the rush fee either way.

Do you string on weekends?
We are open Monday through Friday. If you need a racquet ready for a weekend match, drop it off by Thursday to be safe. Friday drop-offs are typically ready the same day or Friday afternoon depending on the queue.
